Manny has over 25 years experience in Public Services and is currently responsible for supplier outreach and engagement for PAC-OR. He also manages PAC-OR stakeholder engagement and partnerships for outreach and engagement including Indigenous communities and organizations. He is responsible for the delivery of PAC-OR’s core mandate to help assist and inform diverse, small and medium business, on how to do business with the Government of Canada, how to navigate the federal procurement system and how to utilize canadabuys.canada.ca, the new Government Electronic Tendering Service.
