In this session James Russell will discuss the role that Financial Technology will play in the democratization of finance for Indigenous Individuals.  Three main themes of the talk: 

1. Technology has the potential to be a great equalizer for Indigenous Canadians.  

2. How indigenous entrepreneurs and communities can benefit from, and contribute to the democratization of finance. 

3. Enabling Indigenous Individuals to steward and create generational wealth and the challengers that need to be overcome along the way.
