By reflecting on tools and perspectives rooted in Indigenous worldview, we offer ideas on ways to decolonize the workplace- which benefits ALL people. Though provoking and engaging, participants will be able to share ways in which they decolonize business. Participants will walk away with ideas that everyone can implement within all levels of their organization.
