Holly Patterson works within Change Labs, the Navajo Nation's first creative coworking space and business incubator, as a member of the Entrepreneurial Resource and Strategic Capital team. She is a #FirstWave Graduate and an emerging investor through the Rematriating Economies Apprenticeship, empowered by The Future is Indigenous Women—a collaborative initiative of Roanhorse Consulting, New Mexico Community Capital, and Native Women Lead.

Holly serves as a co-president and board member of the Native American Alumni Association at Dartmouth, her alma mater. She is also a current board member of NMCAN, a nonprofit organization that supports young adults in New Mexico transitioning from the foster care system.

Holly is passionate about aligning her initiatives around community impact and providing continual support to marginalized individuals overcoming or circumventing barriers. She strongly believes in building sustainable tribal economies through partnerships with individuals who foster native-forward relationships. She advocates for creating opportunities that allow people to continue living on tribal lands.
