Jay Lambert is a Métis/Cree and French Canadian coach, speaker, and consultant with over two decades of experience working with Indigenous communities across Canada and internationally. He specializes in empowering community service leaders and teams to navigate challenges, prevent burnout, and lead with resilience and compassion. Jay’s work is deeply informed by Indigenous knowledge systems, including from his time spent working with the Ngatiwai (Maori) in Aotearoa, and his coaching training through a Maori lens.

With an MSc in Health Information Science and certified as a Prosci change practitioner, Jay blends his professional expertise in healthcare systems transformation with a unique coaching approach grounded in traditional values and holistic well-being. He has partnered with Rachel Petero, CEO of Rise2025, to expand Indigenous coaching practices and empower Indigenous leaders to create sustainable, meaningful change in their communities.

As a speaker, Jay focuses on inspiring and informing audiences on how to build resilience, embrace personal transformation, and lead with authenticity and purpose.
