Andres is an Mestizo architect and entrepreneur, inspired by his Kichwa and Campesino heritage from Cotopaxi, Ecuador, as well as by the stories of strength and resilience from his ancestors who were exploited under the Huasipungo system. He is dedicated to connecting ancestral wisdom with contemporary design principles. As the founder of Regenerative & Creative Camp for Entrepreneurs, Andres guides individuals to heal and reconnect with their biocultural roots and become resilient in their entrepreneurial journeys. Through his work, he challenges traditional notions of architecture and entrepreneurship, exploring how art can be used to decolonize spaces (including our minds) and foster resilient individuals and communities. His projects have been showcased in Latin America, Europe, and Canada.
