Environmental, Social, Governance and Indigenous (ESGI) reporting and sustainability reporting is s a key measurement of corporate responsibility. While many believe ESGI factors were first conceptualized and developed in 2004 in Europe; however, the reality is that Indigenous Peoples have honoured these principles for millennia.
